Sheldon Goes Shopping DIGITAL BOOK (BOOM Card Book)

Do you love Panda Speech lift a flap board books? Now you can have them in a digital format through BOOM cards (free account required). It is the same format but instead of liftable flaps it has digital slidable flaps. It has the same yes/no visuals,  moveable pieces, and sentence strips. This version is great for 

This version is identical to the original version but contains the illustration from the published board book. DO NOT buy this if you own the original unless you want the new illustrations (it is the same book).
This version also comes with comprehension questions from the book built in.

Read the book to the student. At the top of each page, the student is asked to look in the basket to see if the food item is on Sheldon’s list (they will slide the basket over to reveal the food). They will then answer yes/no by selecting yes or no (the buttons are self-checking). Encourage them to verbalize if they are able. The student then will match the picture symbol to the box in the sentence strip (by dragging the correct symbol) and if they are able, verbalize the phrase (“I found _____”). This is self-checking too. At the end of the book, the student will drag all of the food items in the basket.

• To use Boom Cards, you must open at least a FREE Boom Learning account. Learn more about BOOM Cards on their website. This deck was not designed for a student to use alone (no audio). It was designed to be used with an adult guiding the reading and interaction.

• An internet browser that is less than 3 years old (OR the free BOOM app)
• A Boom Learning account (FREE!)
• An internet connection that students can use on a computer, tablet, or interactive whiteboard to access the games

What does this purchase allow?

One license allows you (one teacher) to use the games with all of your students. You can even assign them as homework if you like.
