Shipping policy
Board books and paperback books: All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and when it is delivered. If there are issues with your delivery, reach out to the carrier (USPS, FED EX, UPS) first before contacting us. You have 30 days from the receipt of the delivery email to report a missing package.
Domestic Shipping Rates : Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery: Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within [Amarillo and Canyon TX ]. For orders under $50, we charge $5 for local delivery. Please email for local delivery code (office@pandaspeechtherapy.com)
Deliveries are made from [9-4] on [MON-FRI]. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Panda Speech LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Apparel, stickers, and mugs: These orders are printed on demand and fulfilled by Printful. You will receive an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and updates from the company Printful.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at office@pandaspeechtherapy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
If you received the delivery confirmation email and did not receive your package, please contact your local carrier first (UPS, USPS, Fed Ex) before contacting us. You have 30 days to report a missing package.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
We will not accept requests for order over 90 days old.
