Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy on physical products, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. ***Refunds for physical products will only be issued if item arrived damaged, not as described, or wrong item. You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the damaged or wrong item with photo (office@pandaspeechtherapy.com
Panda Speech is not responsible for stolen packages. We cannot replace packages that are marked delivered by the mail service. If your item is marked delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact the carrier first (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) before contacting us. You have 30 days to report a missing package, after this time frame, we cannot reissue an order.
***NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CLEARANCE ITEMS. If an item is marked clearance, the sale is final. Please read the product listing for more details on the clearance item.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for digital downloads. Digital downloads are a ONE-user license only. You may not share the file with anyone or in anyway (email, shared drive, public website, etc..). It is violating copyright and my terms of use if you share the documents. (Exception: If you are a therapist, you may share a page of a document with a parent for home practice, this is the only sharing permitted).
Refunds for orders accidentally made MUST be requested before shipping. If requested after shipping, buyer will be responsible for return shipping and the item must arrive in an unopen state before a refund will be issued.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 72 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos are needed in these situations and can be sent to office@pandaspeechtherapy.com. Please include your order number.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
No refunds of any kind will be issued for downloadable products due to their digital nature. By completing the purchase you are agreeing to these terms and understand that digital files can not be shared (single-user license only). By completing this purchase, the buyer agrees to respect copyright law.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If an order is over 90 days old, we will not accept any type of return or refund request (this includes reporting lost or stolen packages).
