This set is durable printed felt (not individually sewn).
11 Total pieces included: 1 Gingerbread person, 2 sets of buttons, 2 hats, 1 scarf, 1 necklace, 2 bows, one candy cane, 1 hot cocoa
How I use this set: I use it as a character companion for the book. As I am reading the book Mr. Gingerbread's buttons, I hide the felt buttons under the last flap of the book. When we get to that page, the students can take the buttons and put them on the Mr. Gingerbread. We then dress the gingerbread person up to match his other friends in the book. This can be used as an open-ended dress up game as well. Put the candy cane and hot cocoa on the hand, make them pretend to drink etc.
To clean: Do not put in washing machine or dryer, wash with warm cloth and mild soap. Let air dry
Material: Felt Polyester Fiber/polyester. The animals are printed on one side of the felt, the back is white. The ocean pocket scene is printed double sided. I included velcro that is optional (I don't use it personally but some like to have that option).
These sets were designed to go with the books but can be used as a stand alone toy. The pieces match the illustrations in the book.

Please note: All felt with moveable pieces and flaps need to be used with care. Panda Speech LLC is not responsible for replacing damaged pieces due to normal wear and tear/play. Young children should be supervised when using these sets due to the small pieces (choking hazard) and interactive nature. By purchasing this book you agree and understand this statement.
