Purchase Orders and Tax Free Purchases
Purchase Orders: Hi! We gladly accept purchase orders and can fill out forms to become an approved vendor.
Please email us at office@pandaspeechtherapy.com to get the process started. If you are also tax-free, please attach your tax-free from.
PO process: The easiest way for us to process purchase orders is for you to send a list of the items and the quantity requested for each. Please include the shipping address for the shipping costs in the quote. We will generate a quote for you to submit for your purchase order. After we receive the signed approved PO from your district, we will process and ship within in 3 business days. We will send the invoice according to the PO instructions. Your district may also pay with a credit card (if that is needed, please request a payment link).
Tax Free with a credit card: If you are wanting to purchase with a tax free account (credit card payment), please email us your tax free form and a list of items and quantity of each requested. Please also include the shipping address for the shipping costs in the invoice. We will send you an electronic invoice with a payment link that will be tax free. Orders will be processed and shipped after payment is received.
